Dr. Olumuyiwa Oluwole Popoola is a distinguished Nigerian legal practitioner and scholar. He is also a renowned expert in Cyber and Intellectual Property Law, as well as an international consultant, mediator, and author. He has extensive academic, professional, and consulting experience spanning Africa and beyond.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and has since established himself as a leading authority in Cyber Law, Artificial Intelligence Law, Digital Technology Regulation, Intellectual Property Law and Techno-Legal Governance in E-Education, E-Labour, Fintech, Telehealth.
He is the Founder and Chief International Consultant of CyberRoboticAI Advocacy Ltd., a multidisciplinary techno-legal and ethical consultancy organization dedicated to addressing the legal, ethical, regulatory, and governance challenges arising from the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolutions.
He is a consultant, and service provider to the Nigerian Bar Association, 4Ward Communications, England and the Institute of Chartered Information Technology Professional, South Africa.
Dr. Popoola holds a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in Cyber Law from the University of South Africa (UNISA), South Africa. He also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Cyber and Intellectual Property Law from UNISA, a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy and UNISA.
In addition, he is Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) by the International Information System Security Certification, United States and holds a Certificate in Cybercrime from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Vienna, Austria.

Prof. Dr. Bosede Comfort Olopade is a lecturer at the Department of Economics, School of Business and Economics, Kigali Independent University (ULK), Kigali, Rwanda.
Dr. Olopade is a distinguished Nigerian economist, researcher, and academic whose scholarly contributions have advanced knowledge in economic growth, human capital development, poverty reduction, and development economics. Born on 7 May 1971 in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria, she hails from Ifedayo Local Government Area of Osun State.
Dr. Olopade obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from Igbinedion University in 2003 and subsequently earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics from the University of Abuja in 2008. She further pursued doctoral studies at Covenant University, Ota, where she obtained a Ph.D. in Economics and Development Studies in 2021.
Her teaching and research interests cover cyber, AI and robotic economics, e-entrepreneurship economics, e-labour economics, fintech economics, e-education economics, tele-health economics, economic development, human capital formation, poverty alleviation, energy economics, financial development, and sustainable growth in developing economies. Through her scholarship, she has contributed significantly to policy discussions on inclusive growth, knowledge-based economies, public expenditure, and economic transformation in Africa.
Dr. Olopade has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly articles published in reputable national and international journals, including studies on human capital development, economic growth, energy consumption, poverty reduction, digital payments, agricultural development, and sustainable industrialization. Her research has attracted considerable academic attention and citations, reflecting her growing influence within the economics profession.
In recognition of her academic excellence and dedication to teaching, she has received several awards, including institutional awards for impactful research and outstanding lecturing. His research interests are diverse, spanning through data science, broadband networks, frontier analysis, AI applications for gender equity, community development, leadership, innovation, and transformation.
Prof. Ajibesin served as the Chair/HOD of Software Engineering at the School of IT & Computing (SITC) at the American University of Nigeria. He is the founding Interim Dean of the School of Engineering, the Interim Dean of SITC and the Director of the African Centre for ICT Innovation and Training.
